The conference will begin with a presentation titled Everything You Need To Know About The Music Business, providing an insight into the industry, and a roundtable discussion will feature representatives from both music and tourism organisation will explore how the two sectors can collaborate.
Other topics include innovations in music technology, audience development, getting gigs abroad and getting the most out of download stores.

About Wide Days
Wide Days was launched in April 2010 by Scotland’s leading music business seminar and social night, Born To Be Wide. It aims to bring together industry veterans and those at grassroots level, and provide a manageable number of showcases with a focus on quality over quantity. The event receives support from the Musicians Union.
